this is what i mean. keen observation of the mundane.We can all relate to having this sort of day where the sky's the limit and then, nothing happens. Incidentally, I have a few tricks for mental clarity: citrus is the best for clearing a mind fog. I have a spray of it (Coconut lime verbena) when I can't wake up some mornings. A quick jog in the cold, a twenty minute walk almost anywhere, a tall glass of cold water, a cold shower, ten very deep breaths ginger tea. And last but not least Techno tunes, like BPM 80/81 on XM Radio cranked kinda loud.
